Estimated delivery times

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please contact the mailing service you selected for more information or inquiries. We are not responsible if the wrong address was submitted and a package was sent to that address provided. If you have submitted an incorrect address, email us and we will provide a discount on your next order.

Broken Items

If an item breaks in transit, please email us with a picture of the damage and your order number and we will be happy to replace it promptly to the best of our ability. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you your preference of a store credit or refund.
